Haha nice. I was def inspired by old school graff.
Movies like Wild Style and Beat Street resonated with me.

It's the core of all graff, you've got to know your history and then style just comes easy haha. Style wars and Bomb The System were my faves, films that changed everything!

Yeah massively. When I first started off it was purely trying to sketch burners like 2mad and Seen but failing miserably haha, then when I started up again I tried to go for a new school sort of style, more simple and tidy, but as you can tell by my gallery it just landed straight back into the 80's ha! :D (Big Grin) Where would we be without writers doing what they did back then though? They invented what we live today, insane!

Yeah Style Wars was dope too. I agree, to know graff history opens doors in your own development of the art form.
Its cool to hear from someone who appreciates the old school aspect of graffiti. I can tell that the old school
influenced your work as well.
