HEY GUYS! (PSA TIME) Does anyone have serious questions about how to do something?IF YOU HAVE CONSTRUCTION QUESTIONS/ WIG QUESTIONS/ WHERE DID YOU GET xyz item? QUESTIONS:

* via AIM at impureimpulse, (I'm usually connected but AFK, I check messages periodically, but make sure you identify yourself as someone with a cosplay question and that you're from dA in your first message, I block all unidentified messages as spambots).
* via a PM or comment at my ACP account on www.acparadise.com/loves/impur…
Please do not leave serious questions in comments if you want a timely response. I check my comments all at once, and very infrequently, since I try to respond to them when I have the time, which is rarely these days. Think once a month or less frequency. There is a relative chance I will actually see and have a chance to respond to a note or any of the other means of contacting me listed above, but I just can't answer cosplay questions left in dA comments due to time constraints.
There are also some questions I am just unable to answer well, or that you might have better luck simply googling for a tutorial, but I'll try to help out if I can. If I get a ton of requests for the same information, I may try my hand at making some tutorials.

We're working some of the actual Personas next, I think, along with some of the outfits from the Golden, and a few side characters like hopefully Namatame. That sort of thing.

You should! Like Ask Yu Narukami, you two are totally adorable. Well... apart from Adachi's recent, creepy advice. Is it bad that I sort of enjoyed him getting pelted in the face with cabbage? (That was pretty well done, I have to say.)
Persona 4 fans are some of the nicest people I've met recently, though fortunesrevolver (a Naoto RP blogger and one of the aforementioned people) seems a little frustrated with the fandom from time to time. Being a Trekkie, I know the feeling.
We already have a few non-Persona cosplays if you're interested, it's at her profile: ~The-Keeper-Thief Going to debut our Black Butler set at Albuquerque Comic Expo soon. No pictures of my Sebastian yet, but there are of her fantastic Ciel.

You're welcome. I should have commented then, so I will now: I thought it was an interesting shot of something random that I would still like to see, and you all have nice costumes. Lang (the first I've run into so far) and Edgeworth are posed nicely (open to interpretation), and Maya's expression looks very much like what I think hers would be like. Phoenix's opinion on everything is funny too.

Not many people in Australia are big on the PW or AA fandom. So at a convention last year there was a group of us cosplaying Phoenix Wright, but only a handful of people out of 4000 knew who we were. I've never actually seen anyone cosplay PW or AA, so It's all rather exciting

Huh. Maybe it's just me, but at least on Livejournal, it seems like every 3rd or 4th AA fan I know of is Australian.
SarahofCroydon is one I happen to know of who did a Klavier cosplay off the top of my head. So maybe it's spreading around down there? Who knows. Anyway, good luck, and don't let lack of recognition deter you, just post pictures!

Ah, no, it's cool, I don't mind. XD I've probably seen you around at some point already, I'm just awful at names and faces both. It makes keeping track of people hard for me.
I definitely am going to Yaoi-con, with our usual group of people, but so far I had no plans to bring any of my Hetalia stuff with me, since we're doing more Ace Attorney, Togainu no Chi, and Tales of the Abyss. I've only worn most of my Hetalia's once (aside from Russia), though, so I'll definitely be wearing them again at some point.

I go to a lot of different ones, I go to ALA, Sakura Festival (even though its not a con lol), Fanime, Anime Expo, Sac Anime and Yaoi-Con~ I hope to one day go to Sakura Con. But yeah... xD; What about you?

We usually go to Yaoi con, Fanime, AOD (now?), we went to Anime Destiny, and probably will again, and we still hit up the Sakura festival in SF most of the time.
Sac Anime and Sac Con-- we probably won't be attending any longer, sad to say. We'd love to go to Sakura con too, but we lack the funds currently. We'll probably see you at Yaoi-con, then.
