If you read one thing today please let it be this.
Please care about us in the same way we've cared about you for so long.
I've been here for seven long years and contemplated core many many times but held off for many reasons.
But eclipse is the last straw for me

Please, rethink this.

Deviantart has become home to so many of us. We've come to love it. It has built such a wonderful community.
but I see so many people saying they're going to be leaving if eclipse is implemented or forced on them.
I'm one of these people, and just looking through these comments there are so many more.
There are even petitions going around trying to stop eclipse's launch.
If we hate it so much, why are you intentionally ruining our home, our community, and your own company?
Deviantart already has a horrible reputation for never listening to it's users, please start turning that around and start with this.
We don't want eclipse forced on us.
Some of us want eclipse, some of us don't. Please, make it an optional switch. It was able to be done for the beta testers, it can be done site wide too.
Eclipse could be great, but it's such a drastic change that many of us don't want to stay because of it. Please, make it optional and let those of us who stay here for the nostalgia keep the old look and layout.

Right in the bio deviantart promises

So please, if this is where we all belong, and you will be unapologetically true to the community, listen to us.

It's clear to me that if people didn't already love the way things were, there wouldn't be such a large outcry and backlash.

We all love the default deviantart, it's home.

Please, I am begging you. Don't take this away from us.
Please listen to your community.
Please care about us.

nny is amaizing...idk why i said that but still. oh yeah... lol your username reminded me that out of ALL of the skylanders ever made im only missing like 13 not even. i still can see the old landscapes and sound tracks from like ripto's rage and others in skylanders. btw as you can tell by my name im a girl lol alot of people mistake me for a boy when they caant see me because im a gamer and i am a total tomboy pretty much. but ALOT of the boys at my school have crushes on me D: non of them are brave enough to ask me though. onr time when i went to the nurses office another guy name William who is one year younger than me was there too because we had P.E. that day and he has asthma. he was showing off and trying to impress me (didnt really work im only imressed by art music and videogames also electronics in general) (were in the same class and he sits next to me) SRRY IM TALKING TO MUCH

he is lol and what skylander game do you have? i have the orignal for th wii and 3Ds and the giants for the wii and i have all of the orignal and 7 out of 8 giants and i'v beaten all of the skylander games i have!

yay now its 6:39 am and i havnt slept im also VERY hungry but im the only one up so i cant use the microwave with out waking up my mom and dad im the onlyone up until 12:00 am and i cant eat anything because if my parents hear a mouse squeak the tiniest squeak theyll be there with a mouse trap in .2 seconds im sooo hungry can someone tellaport over here and give me food anything at this point because its6:46 and i have to wait until 12:00 or at the least 8:00 - 9:00 GIVE ME FOOD!!!
