Hi there sweetie, I hadn't meant to be away for so long. I got caught up in life and forgot to check in to let people know I was okay. It's all good here in my world and I've been busy with home deco and such. I see you've been arting and I've missed it. I'll have to pop in properly in a few days, my phone is no great substitute and I loves me some detail. As you know lol. I did see that the GU.has disappeared. Kind of shocking actually. Haha, don't worry, I've been away from DA for nearly 18 months and checked in only every 6 months or so myself, so I get where you're coming from, I think. A lot of our old crowd are also posting less, and for me, I've had a bit of a health issue to deal with. Regardless, I am 'back' after a fashion, and hope to maintain a more steady presence here from now on.
Yeah, 2-J basically just got a life a couple of years ago and disappeared off the radar for a long, long time, and he'd lost so much heart once the Heart Bleed virus of 2013 took G-U down, that he admitted he hadn't the faintest idea to fix things, so down it stayed. There is a 'new' G-U though, as finally though he DID get it back (or someone helped do that), it's down again (as you already said). I don't go there much anymore, but the other G-U site is here in case you want to have a look - they preserved heaps of stuff from the original site, and I've posted there a long time ago. www.tapatalk.com/groups/unoffi…
To be honest, 'Humanz' is OK, but far and away my least fave album, it's too rap-heavy for me, and hard as hell to sing along to. 'Saturnz Barz' is my hands-down fave track, and 'Sleeping Powder' is good too, the rest I don't really have any strong feelings for at all, which dismayed me on first listens. Still, there is so much more to come from Gorillaz, which seem to have turned to making the new generation of fans happy, but I'll still welcome it all, especially the proposed animated show.
Keep on keeping on, my awesome friend, and hope you too are rocking life and making good things happen for yourself.

That's okay, I don't get around to it myself. Often I'm on and off again so fast that my feet barely touch the floor. So much to do and hardly enough time to do it and scratch myself. I tend to burn out so quickly because of my meds, so I try to concentrate and focus on it as much as I can. After that I'm so fuzzy that I don't really feel much like myself, if you get what I mean. I'm not intentionally snobby, so if I don't respond much please don't feel offended.

I keep saying to my self 'get back into photography, it gets you out, gives you a sense of pride and pompous and loved showing friends aroudn the world a little bit of my world. I just get worn out trying to learn things for others to make good use of. But google earth/map has kind of taken over that activity. I often start off thinking 'Right today i'll... and either DJ mixing or taking pics, then I just lose the will to bother sometimes. But like Scorpios when i get an idea in my head I have to see it through, but it does feel like I set my self up to fail sometimes.
I did have a go a drawing using and learnt techniques from Vey-kun using PaintTool SAI I've no real 3D perspective and had a go at drawing face based on simple lines and shapes. The hardest part is PainTool's menus and optiosn are Sooo small I get lost with in the page. and that tiered me out lol Though for a first time go i as impressed I got the perspective right (its on my FB but hidden 
I know what you mean about not intentionally being snobbish, I sometime feel I can be a bit too chatty and over load people, when I back of then then think 'I hope they don't think Im ignoring them' I'm not great wit small talk but when im in a silly mood.. I go for it big time, and the laughta I get back from my joke makes me feel happy and the cycle repeats, bit like an engine.. Unfortunately bend a few rods thrown another and some how running on one cyber lol But this is what I mean by LOTO Laughing On The Outside..
