"The Spear of Vulcan"
Exotic Pulse Rifle
(Grimoire: "Found in an ancient refinery taken over by the Hive, next to the dusty corpse of a worker who was impaled on an exposed girder, this rifle was almost missed in the surrounding rubble. Brought back to the Tower to be presented to the Gunsmith, it was found that the weapon was an impressive feat of primitive engineering, built hastily out of old smelting equipment, a car engine, and magnets. It's deadly nature has been enhanced by it's time in Hive territory, infusing it with the power of the Void. The barrel is engraved: "Let's dance on their ashes".
Intrinsic Perk:
Welder's Flash: When zoomed in, the gun deals Void damage, and burst fires five rounds instead of three.
Main Perk:
Forgemaster's Resolve: The wielder has a 20% resistance to Solar damage, and when taking Solar damage equal to one half of the wielder's health, the gun quickly regains ammo.
Tree Perks:
Fast Reload: Reloading is twice as fast.
Molten Clip: Instead of having a magazine, the rifle fires from it's slag reserves, which slowly recharges with each kill.
Heat Shield: While reloading, fire and steam erupt from the receiver, damaging nearby enemies, but extending the reload process by 400%.
Hot Knife: Melee attacks for Hunters do 50% heat damage.
Blazing Fist: Melee attacks for Titans do 50% heat damage.
Blistering Push: Melee attacks for Warlocks do 50% heat damage.
Exotic Perk:
Revenge of the Firebird:
Active: The Spear of Vulcan projectiles become highly explosive when a Super is Charged, but unused.
Passive: there is a 30% chance for enemies killed by headshots to explode, with a 50/50 chance to deal massive AoE Void or Solar damage to nearby enemies.)

Of course it is!! But i would make it a little more balanced if i were you. And another thing, why are there all these perks? Can you just tell me 5 perks( 2 exotics and 3 normal ones)
