Anyway.
Remember how few we were and we tried making it serious-like-hell? Yeah. That's where we went wrong.
With too few people and too many admins, it became a messed up deal. It'd have been better if just you or me and Enigma would have been the admins.
We should have had it... Simple. Just like how Enigma originally wanted. Would have made it less of a headache, too... It'd be better if we decided to make up skills as we went along (we took whatever skills we found from Yureka, obviously). Same with weapons, armors etc. Just... Make it fan-made. Nothing too serious. Had we about 50+ active people, it'd be easier to make it more serious.

Yeah, the way we were making it seemed more like we were trying to make it an actual game instead of a roleplay... Would you make it mainly yureka-based or based on the concept we did about everyone's in game avatars being showed into the real world?

Frankly, I'm not really sure. I think it'd be best if we made it like Yureka, which the initial idea was. I mean, if we were to make it as something else, it'd be more of a 'game' than just a 'role play', which is, again, easy to make mess up.
Also, I write on 26+ stories. At once. Your argument about writer's block is invalid (no joke, I really do; about 12 OC's, 10 fanfics and a couple of stories in my head).
