Qui est JH la Chapeautée ?
Artiste, illustratrice et auteure affublée d’un chapeau, qui aime les chats, le chocolat et les pelotes de laine qui représentent des faits et des liens dans sa vie.
Pendant ses années scolaires, elle avait suivi des études d’arts appliqués à l’institut St Claire de Verviers, elle y décrochait son certificat dans ce domaine. Lors de ses mêmes études, elle participait à un stage de bande dessinée et d’illustration pendant un mois sous le savoir faire de Lilo Greco à Herve. Quelques années plus tard, elle s’était inscrite à l’Académie des Beaux arts de Verviers, elle y avait suivi des cours de dessin pendant 8 ans, et des cours de peinture et de sculpture 3 ans également. Lors de ses années à l’Académie et après, JH participait à des expositions et à des événements culturels et artistiques.
Une grande partie de son expérience est autodidacte.
Notre artiste chapeautée aime exprimer ses inspirations et son art à travers différentes méthodes et de matériel artistique, toujours avec la pelote de laine comme icône.
JH aime beaucoup inviter les gens à développer leur imagination, leur créativité et leurs interprétations à travers son art et sa passion.
Elle aime beaucoup tout ce qui est fantasy, fantastique et Heroic fantasy. Sauf quand cela devient horrifique.
Aime également lire des livres, bandes dessinées, illustrations et romans.
Parmi ses auteurs et dessinateurs préférés on peut citer : Mathias Malzieu, auteur de la mécanique du cœur et leadeur du groupe rock français Dionysos, John Lang, auteur et créateur du Donjon de Naheulbeuk, Élian Black’Mor, auteur et illustrateur des Black’Mor Chronicles, et René Hausman grand dessinateur et illustrateur Belge.
