Its a sad one based on my hopes for the finale.  It's meteora saying " you promised!" in tears while toffee looks upset.  If comic is ok I have a scenario.

If its ok the scenario is

Meteora is rampaging then she hears a familiar voice call out stop she turns and says.  "Toffee?"  he replies " yes, it's me"  she says " now you can make me queen like you promised" he says he no longer can she then gets upset saying " you promised!" he apologizes and she tries crushing him her hands star zaps her and flies off with him as he looks back at meteora sad.
