I have Hate, Dread, War, and Broken War. I sadly don't have despair since he hasn't dropped it yet :c But good lord you gotta get Dread! That bow is epic as heck.
Right now it does 1,111.5 Slash damage and that's plain. With a critical chance of 125% with a critical multiplier of 5.6X and a fire rate of 2.2. Not only that but If i land a red critical which is 10.4X would multiply the whole damage. 

First it multiplies by the base critical damage which is(since 100%+) 1,111.5 X 5.6 = 6,224.4, after getting that damage it checks what body part it is. If its human like in the head will be 2X if its a MOA or other creature, its on the Fanny Pack which is 3X. Now it would do 12,448.8 of damage, for last checking if its red crit it would be: 12,448.5 X 10.4 = 129,467.52; (I have reached many times close to 100k damage since I always aim to head or weak part(Banshee)).
Thats a hole lot of damage XD but it depends on what enemy type it is. Some receive less damage from Slash damage, other receive hella more like Infested. 
Seriously I recommend you getting it when you can. I have Paris Prime, Paris, Cernos, Mutalist Cernos, and Dread and from all those Bows I love Dread. Oh and not only that Joel (And Twins if wanting to join Warframe) but those stats aren't complete, I am using serration and not primed serration, I am missing a corrupted mod for which will increase more the damage, a corrupted critical multiplier. And if i change Speed trigger for a damage mod that would woop up the damage so yeaaaaaaaa thats Tons of damage XD. I prefer Bow over sniper hell of damage. You would have to divide too by the Armor that it has XP. Anyways if you are on PC add me and i'll help ya get some rare stuff and if ya want, add you(Plural to 3 or 4) to my clan Hope you have Nova Prime e.e since she got vaulted and I have a copy of her with all weapon set to sell later MWAHAHAHAHA!

That's what ya gotta do to get money without paying anything eue. Farm good stuff and sell to other players that are willing to trow money. Believe me some people buy shit for something that took you around 1 hour or less. Example Nova prime whole set 2 times in 3 hours. Anyways long message indeed. You better come this Sunday e.e

I haven't played warframe in forever, but I garantee that I'm not going to replace the Vectis for a bow any time soon and I don't have a PS4 to play warframe so I still play it on PC

How am I supposed to go on Sunday if I have an exam the day before and after?

I don't like vectis much :/ I have it maxed but its damage is all purpose but low damage compared to other snipes. Have each snipe (when you get them tough), for something specific. If you want a good snipe that deals Impact damage you can use Vulkar. For puncture use snipetron vandal or snipetron, and well Vectis for slash since its the only one with 50+ of slash damage.

Now a good Mod for vectis would be charged chamber, It deals higher damage for each first shot of the magazine for which Vectis is only 1 ammo meaning always higher damage(Or Primed Chamber but its hella hard to get). Its impact so Crash course (120%) + Rupture (30%) =  150% of additional damage to impact. 
And the other mods that you would use for snipes since you gonna be aiming for the head not the knee(Unless Banshee)

Still I would go with Vulkar which if you gonna do Impact Damage you would end up with 1k impact Damage.
If you want to do more damage with Vectis you would need either the Primed counter part or Primed Chamber which double the damage at max upgrade.
