They are not for sale. If I would ever part with a bean I will announce it in a way.
I think people mind see this as a bit rude if you ask them to trade their chracters away ;v; but that might be just my opinion.
I'd try looking for journals in the bagbean group where people are selling their beans.

i have no way of receiving money except for if im randomly given a 204 from my mom
and im not old enough for a job yet which makes it harder to get money
and i tried to get a custom i had the money,the form filled,and comment during the time we were given they declined me and never told me why
and customs will be open in like a year 0-0

Maybe you didn't follow all of the rules.
It's for example forbidden to edit the comment when you order a custom. You should maybe ask her again.
Also about being 14 and not getting a job: For example, if you want a really cool and expensive high quality dress, you won't get it for less money just because you're young or can't afford it, since after all, having that dress is a luxury of some sort, it was made by someone who invested a lot of time and work.on it so it is expensive. Now think about that dress in limited edition, people will resell it for even more money since it's rare and every dress is unique. That's just the same with good characters and designs. If you really want it, you need to work for it.
