My name is Lilac.I’m the kind of person who tries to be optimistic.
Someone else's tears always make me cry.
Fall is my favorite season.
I am my harshest critic.
I love smiles, and other peoples laughs.
I try to live out 1 Corinthians 10:24 which is "No one should seek their own good, but the good of others."
I’m not the kind of person who will stand by when something unjust is happening.
I try to be kind, companionate. I push myself to be the best that I can possibly be, but in the end I always think that I could have done better.
I complain a lot, and it’s a habit I’m trying to break.
I pray every single day to be everything my daddy would have wanted me to be.
There is still time for it to be an even more 'beautiful ending'.
I believe that you should live your fullest until you die. You should laugh and love until you possibly can’t. I think you should stay strong, even when you’re going through hell. I believe life's not measured on how many breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away. I look forward to each day (yes, even Mondays). I love to make people smile, because smiling can light up a whole room. I love to laugh, and I love to make others laugh. Most of all, I love God.
I might not be someone's first choice, but I am a great choice. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not, because I'm good at being me. I might not be proud of some of the things I've done in the past, but I'm proud of who I am today. I may not be perfect... but I don't need to be. Take me as I am, because I will not change myself for you.
I am sure many young ladies are looking for a prince, even as many young men are looking for a princess. I’ll find my prince someday, but I’m going to have to wait until he comes along. The world is still quite big, no matter what anyone says. And I believe firmly in Providence. I'm only at the beginning of my story.
I may not be perfect, but Jesus thinks I'm to die for. ♥
