No, there is no rules about that anywhere, they try prices, see if people come and like it and they adjust it in consΓ©quences.
You are on your way to become a great artist already.
Some people like to make the drawings more expensive because of the dΓ©tails, the numbers of characters, or if it's SFW or NSFW.
Others like to tell the price after the drawing is done, depending on how hard it was for them to draw it.
If i can help judging by what i've seen on this website...
