I'm a lay-outer, and I used to draw, paint, write, and play piano. I have been jobless so I had a lot of time in being creative.A lot has happened over the time and I stopped with almost everything I used to do. Plus the fact that I finally got work as lay-outer
In 2000 I made my last serious (acrylic) painting, since then I'm without inspiration. I try several times to restart, but somehow ... well, don't they call it an "artist block?" That "block" is obstructing me for over a decade.
By joining DA i hope to push my creativity to its old level and contribute to this little(?)community of deviants :)

Hello! I gave you a llama because you used icon/s that I adapted for dA (crayola) in the way meant to be used (thank you!! ). You are encouraged to keep using my icons to show which tool, software, company or social web you used in the making of a deviation, in a journal, status post or comment. You don't need to credit me (as the icon is credit enought), and also you don't need to request permission, you have the right to use the icons
If you use a tool, software or social web (or credit a character or company) I don't have the icon for, please tell me.
Tips:
- If you want 16x16 icons, you can search in my gallery by using the media menu and adding ultramini to the name of the software/etc you are searching.
- There are currently 5 sizes: big (very few ones yet, greater size than 50x50), normal (50x50), mid (35x35, not all has this size), mini (21x21) and ultramini (16x16). There are also animated icons. Animated icons are done only on request.
- You can also add a minus before the term you want to be excluded from the search "crayola by:linux-rules -mid -mini -ultramini" will return only the 50x50 icons).
- If you want to search by my icons you use "by:linux-rules".
- In composed icons (i.e. icons that are 1/2+2/2 etc.. there is a blank space when you introduce the icons from the add media menu ( )
If you remove the spaces, the icons will look better: . - this tips works with every artist, you can use that to search by other artist icons or works.

- poserfan has high quality 16x16~ social media icons, check her Social Media Icons deviation if you need social media icons. Please, read the description before requesting there.

I'm in the middle of a periode of mourning over my father and my friend both passing away in the last 2 years.... All the time my heart felt like a lump of clay, a block of ice not able to mourn.
A bit more then a month ago I discovered The Voice, and Christine Grimmie. Her death touched me deeply. My father, my friend, Christina and me share the same thing: The piano, and the love for music. My father started playing the piano on a young age, my friend was a composer, and I have the same love of piano music from my father.
It is like Christina have drawn all musical souls to her, and like so many others she has connected me again with what I so long had lost: the love for music and being able to feel again....

I'm sorry for your loss, my condolences. I lost my grandparents years ago and in the past 2 years I lost two uncles. I can't say I'm mourning over them, but there are times when I remember them and I think that maybe if they were here right now things would be different. What would they say if they knew how I grew up to be? I guess you don't know how much impact a person can have over you until you lost them.
I discovered Christina Grimmie a few years ago, she was doing covers and original songs and putting them on youtube. She seemed a kind person, always cheerful and she loved all her fans. It was inspiring to see her following her dream. It was motivating. And I'm sure she didn't regret that until the last moment, because she was doing what she liked the most.
I'm glad Christina helped you overcome that tough period you've been through and I know she inspired a lot of people. May she rest in peace.

I find more and more videoclips of Christina on YT, not only of her singing but also her acting, for example Disney online called Power-up with her as presentator about computer games. Never knew she made that. Its so funny to watch.
