YeAH... the best u can do is introduce yourself and ignore them (the game will think they're not needed in your town)
but if u want em to move faster, use your 2nd villager and introduce yourself to everyone and ignore the ones you want to move (aka just visit the town everyday to talk w/ the ppl Β u want and ignore)Β
according to the guy i watched doing this on youtube it took him a week before they moved out that way >-)o
