On an other side...Well, if you plan to make more stock, a way to make it easy to separate the subjet or item from the background is to use a plain background. The more uniform, the better. Like blue screen for movies, you know ?
Outside you 'll have to make clever usage of deep of field to blurr the background. Textured background is hell to remove!
