Okay, so you remember how I was arguing with you that Hei meant black? And we argued and argued and argued? Well, I just got I brilliant recollection. The character named Hei/Lee/BK201 whatever you want to call him was IN Japan but he was FROM CHINA. Yup.
黑 (Hei) Means black in Chinese. I feel smart. So he IS the Black Reaper. It all makes sense now...
