I am a student and hobbyist.

I don't have a background in art besides some drawing classes. I dabble in sketching, painting, origami, textiles, writing, and more, as seen in my gallery. Most of my work is pretty outdated as I have spent a fair number of years inactive.

Recently I have decided to come back to display some of my newer work (clay charms)! I am not very good at crafting them yet but I look forward to sharing my work and getting feedback.

You need to submit (the picture you want for your ID) into your gallery categorized under deviantart related (something like that)> deviant ID.
Then go back onto your profile and then edit the ID widget. From there it should have an option of letting you select the photo for your ID. I've never actually done it myself but I think that's how it goes.
