I nagged, begged, brought it up in casual conversations,but then when I turned 16 I just got it done by myself, I felt pretty bad that I didn't exactly have their blessings but when I got it done my mum was abit pissed but now she doesn't mind at all, with all my body mod I tend to do it and then apologize after...Better to ask forgiveness than permission, In my opinion, hope that helped

Heyya, yeah I cut it myself I do it from mostly trail and error really,but I would invest in hair dressing scissors and watching tons of youtube video's...Oh and extensions are you're best friend haha,Hope that helps
