I'm not currently taking requests, and school has me too busy to really do any commissions either. Sorry. There are a few Cutie Mark groups that might have active artists available for requests. I recommend looking for one of those.

Sort of but not really... My school keeps me quite busy. If I'm very inspired, I might take one, but there are no guarantees I'll even get to those. However, if you want a commission, I am obligated to finish it for you, since of course, you're paying me to do so.

Depends. Please take a look at my latest journal to see if the complexity of the picture would require a fee. Keep in mind, any non-paid requests are subject to delays or even never worked on at all, at least while I'm in school.

Awesome.  I will actually start with three for now.  The three characters I need cutie marks for right now are the ones featured on this blog I made: equestrianmilitary.tumblr.com/…

The descriptions of their cutie marks are also written there, next to "Mark" written in bold, of course.  Skill Set's can simply be a playing card with a J on it and a different card suit in each corner, if you decide making a more complicated one resembling an actual Jack would be too difficult (although I think I'd much prefer that option).  Either way, each corner needs a different card suit in it to represent all four of them, since it represents his "jack of all trades" nature.
As for the rest, they are pretty easy to figure out, although the "void" mentioned for the Mad Hatter's mark would have a bit of a mist-like magical look to it, being a misty purple color.
