the REAL artist has already confirmed that the account is not them
and that the only official accounts are on twitter and pixiv
besides that, the account's name wasn't originally 'kotatubiyori',
it was 'artofacattoncandy' as you can see from sta.sh/026m9rmqcsiq

not only that, but they have also scammed lots of people
by accepting art trades and commissions but not being able to finish or upload it,

also, didn't you notice that your art reposts are all filled with comments linking back to the original artist? stealing art is not a right thing to do, and i really hope you'd stop.

But I think if she credits/link every picture she posts to the real artist. It'll kinda be like promoting her art!
