watched the video on your page! looks good, stealth cyberpunk, nice! has a kindof oldschool prince of Persia look about it. i'm guessing your using the 2d tools in Ue4, i have only briefly looked at them, i find 2d to be more complicated than 3d personally. maybe i'm just more geared towards thinking in 3d. looks good though! if you want to chat anytime, i'm here, take it easy :) (Smile) .

To be honest, the only reason why I make it in 2D is because I want to make the game alone, and have some 2D art skills. I have almost no knowledge or practice in 3D, unfortunately. But in time I hope to learn Blender well enough. 2D tools in Unreal Engine 4 are really good and easy to use. And this Blueprint feature is just brilliant. I'm not a professional programmer, but still can program anything for my game. Epic Games made a masterpiece game engine for everyone :) (Smile)

sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on here in a while. i'm like the total opposite to you, my 2d skills suck! lol, can't even draw a decent picture, but my 3d skills are ok in more or less every area. I can model, texture, rig, animate, all that stuff. I'm not amazing at everything but it seems to hold up well enough as a complete package. agreed! Unreal is brilliant once it clicks! can take a while to figure out how everything fits together though, but once you do, it's incredibly simple to get things working the way you want, also blueprints are awesome! haven't even needed to use a code project once! take it easy man, good luck with your game!

Oh I saw you know Daniel Suarez. I really need to get my hands on those books sometimes. Why does the library not have it :( (Sad) :D (Big Grin)
anyway, I've looked into your gallery some more, and it's awesome that you try out new things and work out so many details too. You got a nice variation. Would be interesting to see you do Halfrobotic humanoids. I'd be curious at how you'd mix those.

yes :) (Smile) , i'm currently making a mobile game for android, but the long term goal is to make a pc or ps4/xbox game called altercore.

Niceeeee..... i hope you make a game that beats xbox 360. Most midrange to highend phones have resched capabilities of the last gen consoles. Am tired of seeing games in the net that do not optimise power of smartphones. All the best
