Lady cass I have a question for you
I made a mask with swan design and the head of the swan is like falling coz there is no support (upper part is way lighter than the base) what can I do to make it stand on its own ??
PLZ help me

I would take a very stiff wire ( like the kind it is hard to bend on its own.) and use an epoxy glue like JB weld to glue it to the neck making sure the wire support runs for stability behind both the neck and the more stable base. You can then paint over the backing to hide the wire/support.

Nice leatherwork. I can relate to finding a use for scraps. Leather is not cheap. Good work.
