How do you think about Canon g12? I want to buy one of them, but i'm not so sure...

Sorry for the delay, had been awhile since I last signed in.
The G12 is very feature packed, I enjoy the heck out of it. In combination wit the Raynox telphoto lens extender, and lensmate adapter it's pretty darn handy. Built-in ND filter for neat exposure timed waterfall shots, and most of the features you'd find in an SLR, except, the AF isn't ideal but typical for a compact. My biggest Pro for the camera is the built-in HDR feature.

Hi, I am a photographer in the making. And I would love it if you could take take the time to look at some of my pics and give some feed back. I have learnt very little about photography and I'm 14, so no special education yet. And my camera is OLYMPUS FE-210 7.1 mega pixel consumer digital camera, thats why some of the pics are crap.
I also looked at many of your pics, Nature is my favorite subject.

My wife only has a 7.1 megapixel consumer camera, and I sometimes use it for stuff over my SLR. Better camera doesn't mean better pictures. Your camera can turn out some amazingly sharp photos, it's all in how you are using it, exposing it, etc. I would make it a point to squeeze as much performance out of your camera as possible before moving up. You'll be surprised! You can squeeze out sharp pictures out of the crappiest camera, and that's the truth!
