I just got to hear today that i've been
passed for that son of a bitch of a drive licences man.
The thing was with me, i can drive. but whenever
the exam came near i started to become nevrous.
causing me to stress, and that again gaining me in a panic.

Like a few days ago i've gone to the dockter. and he practiclly told me if i don't make lifestyle chance. i'll probally die around the age of 30. 
With body problems and i probs have PYOS. because its horrible for me to lose weight orz.
In the end i need to live like a champ to fucking stop this orz.
so im dying in excerzinging. moving ect. for atleast  two hours a day. each day and i can't skip a day. or it won't have an effect at all.
and i need to eat all vegetables and so much less to none that stuff where potoes is made from.
i don't know the name.

and she is healthy and good even if she fat same goes with me i did some tests and i am good so like ???? You dont have to force yourself to do things you dont like or it will never stick trust me i know i tried aswell OTL

bra, the moment i wrote yout he last reply. was the day i actually got my drive
licence's i have it in the pocket. and it's never coming out anymore. untill the day
i dieeeee.

A people person in hiding. hue. I'll hang in your neck, or leg behind you if you
introduce me to people that i don't know. not even kidding about that orz.
But thankyou it pumped me up a little bit man.

Well he was actually nice. like i told the short version but when i was talking 
with him he was nice and collected. he even offerd i could come back anymore.
Because originally i went over there of some personal problems i have, 
Allong with the overweight. And PYOS is little known off, like '' what causes it''
But it does have a name. and is it a symtome. he checked my heartbeat and it
was right and looked through certain describtions that i have to do. that might 
lighten the complains but won't remove it.
Like PYOS is just mainly that you make more manly hormons then female onces.
and 4 on the 10 woman have it. but 1 of the 4 have the problem that they have
a hard time losing weight. and have extremly hairgrow. and i'm the lucky one orz.
He didn't tell me to dieet, he letterly told me to change my life-style. meaning it will
be for the rest of my life. I'm currently weighting over the 100 kilos already lost 5.
when i started this life change. It's just so much mentally and pyscally. that i'm a little
affraid i will pull back again, and just. push everyone away tho orz.
BUT
in october they are going take test my blood. and to a few other test to make it 100% 
That i have PYOS and immidently test my blood if i have Diabetes or other diseese. to 
help me find a solution of whereit comes from. but that dockter was 98% sure it was 
PYOS orz.

I can live without potatoes to. Cus you're my cute potatoe badum tssss -shotdead-

I had that too with shakes, bt mainly they didn't taste. or didn't fed at all. And
the one i have now. is GLADY having both. Like it feeds and it taste good.
i can even trow fruit in it if i like huehueheu with the blender. when i weighted
today i was 106.9 kilo ; _ ; of where i started in the 115 kilo.
But the herballife. is seriouslly only for if your prepared to change your lifestyle. orz.
You cand do it 3 times a day. but i only do it in the morning ( where we eat bread, since
i don't like cereal at all ) and my taste pupills changed so much man. like cassis, it became
way too sweet for me. and Coca-cola. just tastes tome like those seedshit, u needed to swallow
for the dunkan dieet. The main object with me was seriosully the potatoes and so on.
And a few days ago they comfirmed i had PCOS -sobsob-.
But the mainpoint. each shake, of each brand taste's diffrence and has a diffrent working.
HerbalLife is the only one that i had where i was like '' .. i like this.'' But you still have to find
the shake you like the most, like i'm a bit addicted with yoghurt. to Coockiecream taste. and a banana
underneath this shit. xD

I took a package with the gym. like i had a dietist, Those people if you hurt and your retraining yourself.
Personal coach and dockter in it. which i took my own dockter offcourse. left the Dietist out, (been there before
didn't work for shit. the dockter in the hospitol also told me to never go to a dietist. because they are just. eh. )
I just had to look out for carbohydrates.

I also figured something else out in the hospitol with the blood collection.
I'm had to inject a needle in a vain yay!
That's so incredible great, when your scared as fuck for needles orz.

They had to sting me two times in each arm. and still got a little blood out of it. but it went really slow.
And the second time yesterday, She needed to push my vain a little up. cus she couldn't do it yeseterday.
it hurted so much man.. and in the middle she asked me if it was hurting too much, if i wanted her to stop.
The sadist. she probs wanted to prick me again -sobsob-
I told her to go on. evne if it was painful xD
