I actually don't know because Kishimoto has never shown a close up of her hand in color. My assumption was that it's the same as the other members. A deep purpley-blue. However, when Shippuuden came out Akatsuki seemed to have a weird blackish green sheen to their nails. So who knows what color they are anymore...you can probably get away with basic black. I don't think anyone will chastise you for it.
