I just finished looking at your WoW art and I have to say, you make beautiful work!! If I may ask a question, how do you keep different drawings of the same characters looking alike? I have decent facial drawing skills, but i suck at repetition. Thanks!

To try and answer your question as best I can; It's about paying attention to what makes your character distinct. The same things that make real people look different. If you look at caricatures its the things they exaggerate. Nose shape, jaw shape, eye shape, cheek bones, even forehead shape. Also silhouettes. Lore's hair has a shape that would be apparent even if I just filled her all in with a solid color.Β
There are people out there who are even better at this than me. My characters are not as distinct as they could be, but it's also style. I'd say start looking at the people around you and trying to figure out what makes them look the way they do.Β
