I practiced for 4 Years, But i also watched some tutorials on youtube. Look at "MortMort" on youtube, He teaches how to use Anti-Aliasing, How to improve faster, How to chose your pallet, Shading tutorials, And so on.

Np, Altough i liked more the Undithered one as it fitted more the Cartoonish style of the character.
