its just so pretty it makes me want to do it as well maybe i could make something neat out of it like you do

OHHH that effect... Right so what i do is:
1) select brush
2) select linear dodge add for the brush options
3) colour over it
It gives a glare effect :hΒ
if it isn't clear enough i can make a tutorial for youΒ

noo it's fine! I'll make it in a few days and by the way, for Sai i think there's an option as well. Create a new layer and select the option "Luminosity" ! Personally I prefer photoshop over sai because of its flexibility so I think it wouldn't do you any harm to get (pirate) photoshop!Β

i tried but im a turdypoo
i tried downloading a cracked version and i mustve went wrong somewhere between the lines since it cant open
also i tried photoshop on a school computer and i nearly died of embarrassment when everyone was watching behind my back eagerly
sai is okay and ive been using it for 3 years now and i havent figured out the special things (yet (hopefully yet))Β
