Hey there, I hope it's not too late to reply on this. I haven't read Sekaiichi Hatsukoi online since last year since they update it so infrequently, but I can suggest you to look it up on mangafox.me or mangago.com, or to download the chapters from the scanlators themselves.
I can try to help you get to download them to put the links up on my Group, though it might take a while to put them all up. Hope this has helped you ^^
