It really sucks because I would like to get a refund too

Sucks even more, I really liked their art so it's a shame. 
I had a hunch when they were drawing personal art instead of comms but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I even noted them through my old account months before this comment and got no reply.

I just wished they would at least reply to us or make a journal or something - or reach out to us from another account

If something happened that sucks of course and they seemed too nice to do anything weird

butttt all of that probably does not matter anymore..
