Ok!
The budget would be:

Sketch + 3 characters + full body = 10€
Sketch + 3 characters + half body = 5€

Digital Color + 3 characters + full body = 28€
Digital Color + 3 characters + half body = 22€

With Simple Background = +1€ >> [link]
With Complicated Background = +4€ or 5€ >> [link]
