could I ask...what makes you enjoy going barefoot so much?

hehe, I did look through that favorite folder of yours when you favorited my pic and being barefoot seemed to be the common theme, so I'm not surpised at all for your question, though I'm still curious why you'd ask.
For me being barefoot is about feeling connected, being rooted. I like to feel the texture, feel the kind of ground and soil that I'm walking on... furthermore it's also a matter of the body toughening up, not in means of pain (though it's nice if you can endure it) but moreso in your body becoming more resistant to outside conditions.
Being a gardener left me with less desire to walk barefoot as even though I'm in shoes all day (requirement on construction sites) I am outside and especially in winter or on cold rainy days I do feel that my body is exhausted by the time I am at home and could walk barefoot and it makes me feel cold moreso, so I've been doing it less... but in general I do like doing it for fun. Being different, on principle, to make a point, to be weird, to feel.. and so on... there are many reasons as to why... I think it's a combination out of all those

hi, how may I help you today?
π: 0 β©: 1
MalvaLunaLynx In reply to CyberFox [2019-05-26 16:47:33 +0000 UTC]
it really depends. Most requests I follow have some personal meaning/motivation tied back to me, as I already have a hard time more often than not to motivate myself to draw lately.Β
you may ask, but it's likely that I say no, cause I don't have the time and muse to do it properly. What didΒ you have in mind?

the catch tho is she is now a panda like them though nearly as big as Papa Panda [human hair intact with her clothes altered for panda state]
the closest to a height comparison i can find: c-sf.smule.com/sf/s67/arr/a7/4β¦ (Papa Panda, Left - Panny, middle - Mimiko, right)

I'm really sorry, I admire your skill to just go up and ask for requests, also really prepared and all
I can't do this request though. As said I'm lacking motivation in general and I don't even know the show, so it doesn't mean much to me. Also three pictures is a lot. I simply don't have the energy and time to do that.
I wish you all the best though and take care!

That flower was so vibrant in the colour transition, I just haven't seen that one ever... I'm learning about plenty of plants now in my gardening apprenticeship though not too many exotic ones, but many locally growing ones
Thank you for the watch and also for looking through and the compliment. I'd of course be honored if you come have a closer look. I'm currently very busy because today in two months I'll marry... but I hope I'll be able to look into your gallery more closely sometimes too and of course come back to drawing more later this year

The modern guitar is descended from the ancient kantele. Apparently ancient rock stars were all Finnish and Estonian
π: 0 β©: 1
MalvaLunaLynx In reply to Stoneback123 [2018-02-11 06:01:21 +0000 UTC]
I somehow doubt that the guitar decended from kanteles... the instrument is just too different and functions very differently than a guitar.. and I play both so I know how both of them work....
hahah, and kantele seems like a polar opposite sound to rock... it's sound after all is more like a steely bell than a contorted guitar
the thought is funny though

Did you ever identify that pretty yellow flower?

MalvaLunaLynx In reply to Stoneback123 [2018-01-16 04:51:47 +0000 UTC]
Well, a friend of mine did. And it definitely was not an amaryllis it ws Tulipa tarda.
About the amaryllis... Mine is growing... It will still be weeks though until it blooms

Stoneback123 In reply to MalvaLunaLynx [2018-01-16 05:00:53 +0000 UTC]
Amaryllis is a pretty red, I now know. But the word in Spanish is "amarillo" so I was confused!
