It really depends on the quality of the work. If you have never done them, I'm not sure I feel super comfortable paying up front without seeing some samples especially since I browsed through your gallery and your artwork doesn't necessarily match what im looking for.

what is hue shifting:
making your shades change the hue a lil bit from the bas colour
that's all there is to say about it, but oh yiss it helps so much

Hehe, that's what I do. Hue shifting makes things so much more lively than saturation shifting. :U Though, admittedly, I don't really go to a far enough color, which is a bad habit huehuehue
