I don't think I acted incorrect. In fact she told me her estimated time in the beginning:
"As for time, I'm pretty quick but the buildings might take me a while and my schedule is busy from Monday through Thursday. So, I estimate 7 days. (10 days max but I'll be sure to notify you if there's a delay. It's guaranteed in 10 days, I expect to be finished in 7, though.)"

If she has too much to do she should not accept such works.
I wrote several notes and mails which are all unanswered.
There seems to be no sense in discussing any longer about this topic. I've expressed, what I wanted to point out. Future commissioners should bring along plenty of time.

That may be the case, but without a deadline, it can make some feel more lax about their assignments and therefore take all the time they need/have. This really is what most feel when they are believing they have a great deal of time to work with. I am sorry for your outcome, but as the expression goes, 'poor planning on your part does not make for an emergancy on mine'.
To end this, I shall refer back to your first comment. It is incorrect. She still does the work, it just takes longer than liked without a deadline, apparently.
