I've looked around your page, and I really like your art. You seem to have a good grasp of anatomy and your art style, however your command of colour (whatever that means) and your style could be improved more to really develop your drawing. My main gripe is that you use bases, which may make your drawings look nice, but they really hinder your learning if you rely on them too much, which could become a habit. So if you could drop them and instead focus on them as references for your art, that could really help you develop. Your writing could also help with a little push, as the lack of proper spelling and grammar, along with lack of complexity in your descriptions doesn't give you or your audience a lot to really think or admire about in your characters. However, I like where your profile is going, and I hope you get a lot more attention in the future.
