Appreciate your comments! In terms of perspective, if anything, I'm rusty; it's one of the reasons why I shy away from background painting.
There's another painting soon that does show off perspective somewhat unique to what's been shown thus far, though. I hope people enjoy it!

Well I wouldn't call them rusty, but more... ehhh, really goddamn amazing, but I guess the artists knows best. The background in the Rosemon picture looks pretty good though :0

LOL! By rusty, it's more in terms of background design in general, which is intrinsic to perspective. The nice thing about single subjects is not having to worry about the whole canvas.
But you're right, perspective is still a factor with drafting the poses!
And gaaah, UlForce V-dramon is long overdue. He's almost ready, I'm holding him back until other paintings are done and dusted.
