Oh! That's simple enough! Firstly you need to screen capture your question. You do this by holding ctrl (it's on the bottom left of your keyboard) and pressing prt sc (around the top right corner). This will capture a picture of your screen.

Open ms paint and paste it (go to edit and click paste). Save it (bmp is an okay format. You don't need to make it a jpeg or png) somewhere you'll remember where it is. Close paint and open Sai/photoshop/gimp.

Open your screen capture and crop it down to your question. Then open the picture you drew for your question. Switch back to your cropped image and drag the layer (for it should only be one layer) onto your picture. This will put it ontop of your image! Then all you need to do is adjust the size of the layer so it sits across the entire top of your image! Make
sure you save it (as a png or jpg)!

It's supposed to copy the entire page and then you can crop it to just the text box. But if you want JUST THE TEXT, you click and drag over the words to highlight it, right click, and select copy. Then when you're in a place you can type: right click, paste.

Some computers want you to use "fn" and prt sc. My old one wanted ctrl. This laptop wants fn. fn is right next to control on the bottom left of your keyboard.
