The Return to madness is just a sequel (Though most say it is more like a bad remake...)

Some people who played to original.... I don't remember where I saw it, but it was a thoroughly interesting few posts by not one, not two, but a few of the original players.

Really do get a good grip on the game. It's easy to get information on the game, really... there is tons of interviews and so far.. I think it was at some show... at least, a demo version of it was *shrug*
