Well, it has been a while since we uploaded anything here on Deviantart. We have been a bit... busy... lately. Doing other, naughtier things. But we think that these photos are more appropriate for Deviantart than where we are spending most of our time nowadays. The Oak set was taken today. A beautiful day, a beautiful place, a beautiful woman. What more can one ask for?

The thought for today. Am I the only one who wonder why there are so many people on this site that claim other peoples' work as their own? I have never claimed to be a great photographer but at least the pictures I post are MINE! What makes them do it? What can it possible give them? Do they have such a low amount of self esteem that getting credit for someone else's artistic skill actually makes these frauds feel better?
Every day, when browsing through the new deviants, I see this phenomena. Photos I have seen on other sites re-posted here, and no, not by the same photographer under another alias but rather cropped so that a signature or water mark has been removed. Either that or pictures simply copy/pasted from some fetish- erotic website and slightly redone in photo-shop to look authentic. WHY?
I never thought that I would feel the need to post on another Deviants page the accusation that: "These are not your photos!" Mostly because I have yet to learn the proper customs and ethics of, what at least I consider to be, a community of artists here at DeviantArt. From time to time I see that others have pointed a finger at some questionable character and I guess that I will do that soon as well.
In the end, however, my initial question remains. Why? How pathetic are these people? How small and sad are their lives if they resort to these kind of measures to get some, if any attention? Perhaps I don't really want to know the answer.

It happens for the same reason why people use photos of models on their social network profiles, letting others drool and post thousands of 'you're so hot!' comments. They are ghosts who try to make themselves a place in the world.

We have not been able to submit any new pictures for a while. Mostly due to the fact that my computer decided to travel to the big screen-saver mode beyond the sea! We won't be up to date for a while but here are some older pictures and part of a larger on-going project. Critique and ideas are most welcome.

So, the summer is almost at an end. Thankfully it seems to be easing up over at the office so I will have more time for both photography and replying to those that comment our work.

So, that's it! No more photos for a while. I will be online now and then just to see what people think about our work. Both me and "J" will be back in August and rest assure, we will try to put our summer into the best possible use.

Thank you! So far you, the good people of Deviantart, have been very kind to our amateurish endeavours in the field of photography. We will aspire to produce more photos and we will see if you like them as well. Since we, myself and my "model" - "J", are very, very new to this we would greatly appriciate any tips or recomendations that could improve the artistic qualities of our work.
I am having a rather hectic time at work right now so there wont be many photos up-loaded during the summer. Perhaps I can try to convince "J" to post some of our older work (yes, she is the one who in the end decides which photos to post).
Once again, thanks. We were afraid that our photos would be compaired with the true masters of erotic photography and found lacking, but you have given us confidence to continue our exploration of this hobby.
