This request is a tribute to my all-time favorite puzzle game, Panel de Pon, or as it's dubbed in North America, Puzzle League. The game was created by Nintendo / INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS. The first game called Panel de Pon, was released on 10/27/1995. So now, that series will be turning 20 later this year! So, here's how this tribute should go.
All 4 heroines of the RWBY team are all running a rainbow together happily. The scene is a reference to this ending scene from Tetris Attack (Panel de Pon in JP):

Above the running heroines is this quote from Tetris Attack, to add in that ever-so nostalgic feeling:
