# About me
Hello! Name's Museoflullabys, but I go by Daisy on here unless you've got me on Facebook.Welcome to my DA page :) I'm a nerd of many mediums, and at the moment predominately a drawing hobbyist, although my dream is to become either a comic artist or a author. If you like my doodles or if you want to talk, then feel free to send a message! :D
Art Trades include both digital art and literature, but for quicker results literature is the better of the two. I am willing to write from a G rating all the way to an R, but I do have limitations. If you'd like an art trade, message me on either the comments below, note, or find me on Skype.
I do take commissions and Art Trades(mainly between friends). If you like my drawing style or writings and would want to commission me yourself, once again leave me a note or message and I'd be happy to get back with you! I also have a facebook page for my commission work linked here: www.facebook.com/groups/674240β¦

I suck at Math, but you know what the worst part about Math is? For me I need to get into Methods next year (something my teacher chooses as the end of first semester) and then do it in my VCEβto study Criminal Law. Go figure.

Β at least you're getting a 'real' degree. you don't know how many jokes I've had due to my degree. An English major among science/history majors tends to be the butt of the joke ><
π: 0 β©: 1
NavyBluePanda In reply to MuseofLullabys [2014-08-29 13:32:09 +0000 UTC]
Real? Pfft it's creative writing, of all things. I'd much rather do a science degree! I'm good at both English and Science (particularly when it comes to Forensics), so it doesn't really matter which way I go. Either way, I want to do well to get into Law with the best chances possible for me, and get out with the schooling to ready me for a beginning in a career as a defense attorney for criminal law cases.

MuseofLullabys In reply to NavyBluePanda [2014-08-30 03:41:29 +0000 UTC]
lol xD well English majors get a bad rap either way. I'm not exactly the most intelligent person when it comes to 'real' subjects like science, math, and history. all I've ever been good at is humanities and that doesn't earn very much respect. and after doing jury duty all I can say is you've will have the more...exciting part of the job. being a juror was quite boring lol
π: 0 β©: 1
NavyBluePanda In reply to MuseofLullabys [2014-08-30 04:04:14 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, I'm good at both English and most areas of Science, and I'm pretty good at History and slightly worse at Geography, but still okay, so I'm safe in those areas, but I suck at Math (particularly in Algebra), and I need Methods in Years 10-12 in order to be able to get into the Melbourne JD for Uni to do my Law degree...
I know that a juror's job in the court room is pretty boring, however, there won't be the major moral decisions I'll have; sure, you might be putting the wrong guy away, but if the evidence points to him, then it was most likely him. I plan to be a defense attorney,Β meaning I'll have to defend people I know are guilty. The worst part is that I've been told I'll make a great lawyer, and in a few improv mock trials we've had for school...I've managed to defend the perp to the point they've walked free. I don't want to have that happen in real life, but at the same time, I really want to fight for the defense...

I can see how that can be interesting I was interested here and there during the cases I have selective interests though, especially with sceince or history haha xD Like I can remember random things but not when I need them lol

I think most of us get that! Usually, when I know something, it goes out the window when I do a test and I just make an "educated guess" (i.e. I have good luck during tests xD ). My teachers think I'm awesome and I'm just like "nonono I was guessing! I can't do that specialized test!" and they're all "oh, shush, no you didn't. You'll be fine!" The only time this doesn't happen is when I'm working with computers lol

MuseofLullabys In reply to NavyBluePanda [2014-08-30 23:23:01 +0000 UTC]
lol well I must admit when it comes to test, the essay is where I shined because, to be blint, I could bull crap with teh best of them thanks to my degree they're like 'wow you're so insightful' and I'm like 'pssssh nope I just know how to bull crap'
π: 0 β©: 1
NavyBluePanda In reply to MuseofLullabys [2014-08-30 23:41:40 +0000 UTC]
Exactly; bullshitting your way through things is the best way to do it! (and as a lawyer, that's pretty much going to be my job xD )

YES! xD And beneath that "bullshit graduate of Melbourne Law School"(which is where I want to study). Lol
...is it bad that the reason I can think this stuff up so easily is because it'll more than likely be the truth?

MuseofLullabys In reply to NavyBluePanda [2014-09-03 04:01:27 +0000 UTC]
actually it sounds more like the code of practice for any lawyer see I'm a terrible liar, which is why I can never get away with anything haha xD mainly because I overthing the lie and try to find back ups to back ups when really all ya gotta do is jus make it simple and believable lol
π: 0 β©: 1
NavyBluePanda In reply to MuseofLullabys [2014-09-03 04:07:55 +0000 UTC]
It definitely is; lawyers are paid to make their side win, no matter what. They need to be able to manipulate people into believing that their word is true and right, and that their party in the court is the victim, even if they're really the perp.
It's okay, that's a good thing! I can lie my way out of most things with most people; that'll make me face some pretty moral dilemmas...because I want to do criminal law, on the side of the defense...what if I let a murderer on the loose because I was tooΒ good? At least you can be caught lying and not have to face more than "I lied to my friend...now what?"..

MuseofLullabys In reply to NavyBluePanda [2014-09-04 03:52:43 +0000 UTC]
well that is true xD legal ramifications and what not. if an English major lies it's just called creativity, when a lawyer lies it's breaking the law lol please please PLEASE tell me you can do phoenix wright's OBJECTION! in court?
π: 0 β©: 1
NavyBluePanda In reply to MuseofLullabys [2014-09-04 06:02:01 +0000 UTC]
It's not breaking the law if a lawyer lies, it's breaking the law if their client lies; the lawyer can lie all they want, so long as it's believable and consistent with their client's story. But, yes, I do see your point; logic, much? lol I am so going to try and do that in court when the time comes xD

I swear, one day in court, I'll just be like "OBJECTION!!!" and then conclude the case epically xD I'd video it, but no cameras are allowed in court without express permission from the judge or magistrate.
