Hey, I really can't give you any specific information however I can say that the internet is a great resource for some in-depth research, you might have to do some digging through a lot of ahistoric and psuedohistorical sites and stuff like that to get to the actual information if you're willing to spare the time. There are some Youtube channels that focus on African history so try looking for those as well. All I can really say is that do some research and make sure any information you find on African history is properly cited and doesn't come from dubious sources.
