lol umm because she killed her husband? this earlier version is about how she killed her partner and found that she has killed the love that was worth a lifetime. I really like her in this video and it has more implicit meanings in it with the symbolism between the white room and the dark room...

Yeah, I like the soldier one better XD. Because instead of killing her love herself, it was taken out of her hands. Or someone else stole him from her (be it God or another woman, it doesn't necessarily have to relate to war).
But I guess, interpretting it that way, the first one is definitely more open to interpretation.
And I agree, she has some pretty awesome CONTACTS (seriously, I can't believe her eyes are just like that...maybe she has clear contacts that make 'em brighter or sometin')
