Ooooh, it is sooo nice... ;) (Wink) Runs Max Payne 2 with All details ('cept fer one) maxed out, at 1920x1440, with a silky smooth framerate. Do you know about 3dMarks 2001?

I scored about 15600. ;) (Wink) 9K isn't that bad, with my old card, a nVidia GeForce Ti4800se, I scored ~7300. What card do you have?

that seems low for the 4800, i thought most of those got over 11k :>. i have a 128mb Radeon8500 which i <333 dearly :P (Lick) .

the 4800 did get 12K, but then I found out about the special optimizations that the card does *only* when 3dmarks is running. All I did was rename the 3dmarks program and run it, and I got the real score, ~7500. ...Tis one of the bigger reasons I switched to ATI. ;) (Wink)

never heard of that.... i switched to ATi cause at the time i liked them more :P (Lick) , i'll prolly stick with ATi unless nvidia gets their act together in the next set of cards.

I'm prolly gonna stick with my current for more than a few years, at which point I will upgrade to a newer ATI, unless nVidia has made a kick ass card that ATI can't touch (yeah, right Roll Eyes ).

i prolly wont get anything until Tribes : Vengeance comes out and i get to see which card at the time is best for it, my 8500 plays everything fast enough for me to enjoy.
