I'm actually GeineaLombax, but the reason I'm doing a second account is because I can't seem to post anything regarding my work or reply to comments. I just suddenly got this message telling me to "verified my account" which is ridiculous because I had that account for a few years now and it suddenly pull this nonsense, preventing me from posting anything. And no such message to "verified" my account even shows up on my email address. Β I saw this great movie called Koe no Katachi/A Silent Voice and it has REALLY stuck with me. I really recommend that you watch it if you're interested. Both the English and Japanese dubs are great. I will say though that you shouldn't watch this movie unless you're ready to freakin cry.Β Β

Thank you kindly. You don't know how much it means to me to hear those comforting words. Bethany's death really messed with my emotional state and I've been finding it hard lately to work on my stuff. Seeing that little drawing of her being loved is the single most nicest thing anyone had ever done for me online. It makes me remember the great times we had together, and it is simply precious.
Oh Jaki, your smile is contagious. 
I really needed some Mikau and Lulu stuff. There aren't enough fanfare dedicated to these guys, which is a shame. They are one of the most interesting and tragic couple in the whole series.Β I was so out of it that for a time I lost interest in most things, including my favorite boy and his lady friend. I guess I wanted to avoid becoming even more sad after my loss, and knowing that Mikau dies makes me sad sometimes. But its refreshing to see them again. Like always, your human version of the characters are spot on to their Zoran equivalents and are very believable. You nail them so perfectly. And I love the silliness of the situation.Β
And, I think once I'm feeling more like my cheerful self again, I'll check this film. I usually don't watch Japanese movies in dubs though because I find the subs really distracting and takes my attention away from the scene. But I do enjoy hearing them speak their native language. I find it to be a unique experience and enjoy picking up words from their tongue. I'm going to try and find the English dub first to get a general idea of the plot, but if its not available, full on Japanese it is!
