Thank you for the fav!! I'll watch you to see what works you come up with. Love your sketches!! *had glanced at you journal* I can't say I know what you feel but I feel I can relate. I myself have level one Asperger's, a form of autism, and a difficult past as a result of a VERY late diagnosis. I wasn't diagnosis till I was 30.
Long story short, I have very low tolerances to stimuli. While I have gotten better I still struggle with sudden changes to routine and surprises. It also cuases high levels of anxiety because our brain are overloaded from the imput from our highly sensitive senses. A smell of curry can cuz me to get physically sick. Granted not now because I treated myself to get use to the smell....took days but it did work out. Just hang on, learn what you can on your own, find out what works for you and you can live a good happy life. Take care!!

Just been dealing with a bunch of mental health issues, that's all. I've detailed quite a bit of what I'm working through in some of my journals, status updates, and some deviations. I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder, but that's the least of my issues rn. I'm working through a dissociation disorder right now and it really kinda sucks. I mean, I've been dealing with it most of my life, but I haven't really known much about it or could do anything about it until I started working with a therapist that was able to properly diagnose my symptoms and help me work through it. That's helped me work around the problems that this has caused and such, which is good. But it still sucks. lol.
