Heyyyyy sorry for such a late response q_Q I've been busy the last few days and don't check DA too much. I've been good, helping out a lot of people for other events and such. How have you been?

Haha, my life went a little nuts after Yaoicon. My fiancee got injured in a bike accident, and while he's okay, it upended things for a while. I haven't been able to go through all the business cards I picked up at the con! I certainly haven't been able to check devArt. XD

Ahh a lot of the stuff I've been going to is for more fine arts kind of street walks? They're all generally based around San Jose or Fremont for the most part. They're fun, but mostly fun to just talk to other artists and network uvu. If you're interested in coming around SJ though I could send you some monthly events and the sort?

Sure, I'd love to hear about them! I don't get down to SJ very often (usually just for Fanime, lol), but I know a lot of the ladies I was with at Yaoicon would probably be interested in going too, so maybe we can make a group effort. Thanks so much!

Usually there's South First Fridays, along First street in SJ they'll have some stuff, I think with winter some things are changing though? So last one was a lot of galleries were open to public for free which was pretty cool. More info on hereΒ www.southfirstfridays.com/
Mmm then there's Second Saturday? They have a few of those in different towns...? I think like Saratoga, Campbell for sure, I think Oakland too? Not sure. Those would have to look up more on each town's specifics, I only went to Campbell's a few days ago and it's just generally in the middle of downtown along the street with some artists booths and music. Small but very nice.
Today is Two Buck Tuesday, which is every third Tuesday of the month at KALEID GalleryΒ www.kaleidgallery.com/ Generally artists selling stuff for cheap or just mostly mingling checking out the gallery and live demos. Mmm... other things happening this month...
