You've got a good start there. What I'd do if I were you is do a lot more studies of real subjects, and get an idea of how bodies and things work. Go look for Andrew Loomis online, there's some really good stuff about how to add structure to your work. You've got a decent idea of a style, now you need to fill that shell with something really solid.

Haha, you're welcome to. I really need to practice them a bit more over the summer, so I'll be able to ace layout class in the fall.
Not much else to show at the moment, unfortunately. I'm going waaay back to basics and going through Glenn Vilppu's drawing course, plus a summer animation project or two on the side. Most of it's not really that fun to look at though, mostly abstract shapes and the like.

Wow, you're drawing is improving very quickly! There is a very noticeable change going on from your older stuff to your newer! Indeed, I'm curious where you'll be in a week, month or a year! If you keep at it, you will be awesome!

Well, thank you. That was my goal this summer, to make as much difference from May-August as I'd made from January-April, and I think I've managed it. Not to mention, figure drawing was my weak point and I think I've pulled it up enough that I won't fall immediately behind once school starts.
But not to worry about keeping at it. After all, I haven't left myself any other option.

I just block her out of my mind ... by spending aimless hours doing Choco's side quest. (the Ocean one was a bitch to find.) ... nice that she's talking again though ... that whole "Command failed" bullcrap was starting to annoy me.

Thing that bothers me most when she cuts her hair is that it highlights just how HUGE her head is. The suede bodysuit doesn't help much either.
I needed a walkthrough for the choco quest, honestly. A lot of the bits you had to find were hard even with that.

Ocean was the only one so far that I couldn't find on my own. Haven't done anything past that cause I haven't touched the game in a few days. Gonna get a walkthrough for the Zodica thing though. I have only found 3 by chance.
... Blank needs pants. ... Kuja needs some actual clothes ... and Rusty should close him helmet (his beady eyes bug me, which means i'm so happy when he goes into a Trance.)

But if Kuja gets clothes he can't be an interdimensional drag queen any more, and that's no fun. Little loli-bait needs something that doesn't look like she's largely naked though, that was one of the most disturbing parts of the game for me. I have to play more of that, but I'm on a HikaGo kick right now, so my breaks usually involve watching that rather than playing games.
Ugh, I missed a whole week because I was sick, I am so TOTALLY screwed.
