Hahaha, I just went around asking people if they would like any work done (free of charge), and he responded. This was back when he had about 200K subscribers rather than 2 million though, haha.

Hey can I ask if you went to some form of art uni course? I'm trying to figure out if I should stay in school, when i really enjoy art as a possible job and don't enjoy a lot of school- especially as I dont wanna do any of my subjects as a job..

Parkway Drive and In Hearts Wake - both of which are on the heavier side of things, so there's a chance you may not have heard of them xD
I'm happy to talk to anyone on Deviantart, everyone seems so friendly on here  
That's an interesting question, because I am actually still in school. xD I do intend on doing a visual communications course at university though, as it definitely seems to be the best way for me to continue what I do, but at a professional level. 
Although I obviously haven't been to uni, I definitely recommend doing it!

Really? I honestly thought u were a seasoned professional Highschool? I'm doing art (yr 11) and I'm starting to feel like thats more important that any other subjects, and has been for a long time
It's interesting hearing different opinions on the subject, I've ask my Grandad (oil painter), someone working at Eckersley's (really great art store, idk if they're common outside of Sydney), my friends etc and now you- you've all have your own little spin on your answer- it does help, thankyou.

The River is a good song by Parkway Drive and Divine, Afterglow and Survival are good songs by In Hearts Wake  
It's definitely an acquired taste though ;D
DA is probably my favorite site - even over YouTube. It seems less demanding, if you know what I mean? xD

Yeh, I've never consistently done vids on Youtube, but I see how it would be, it even kinda is just when you're being active in the community. (especially with Google+ -_-)..
Haha how's the HSC work? 
Yeh I need to probs do at least a bit more school work than i do . I have a test tomorrow and I'm doing art/drawing and youtube stuff instead XD
