Me being a cheapskate as usual. I reckon it would be possible to pull off the basics for resident evil 4 Leon costume with a discount store skateboard pad set, some scrap black leather (faux or real; it don't matter), and the best part..... a tesco uniform. Most expensive part would be the sleeve sew-on badges.

Poundland comes in handy. I get some of my spraypaint from there (for criminal purposes lol). The black and silver they always have in stock, comes in handy if you want to make a prop gun look a bit more realistic. Acrylic paint aint bad in there either.
Which Jill costume are you aiming for? Cop uniform or blue vest & black skirt version (the easiest)?

S.T.A.R.S cop uniform definitely! We've got a few guns that we've used from earlier copslays so we'll probs just re-use them. May just re-spray them tho

The trailer to the film from which I got some of my costumes from.
It's more than a film; it's a way of life. If you ever come across graffiti thats been crossed out with a red spraypainted "W"; thats my handiwork.
